The annual Guangzhou Food Festival was held from November 19 to 23 in Panyu, bringing together renowned catering brands and local snacks from across the country to present a delicious visual feast. Among the vibrant and diverse booths, a container-style digital cooking food truck staffed by two BON VIVANT 3.0 machines stood out as a highlight of the AI exhibition area.

Hosted by the Guangzhou Bureau of Commerce, the People’s Government of Panyu District and the China Cuisine Association, the five-day festival was themed “Eating in Guangzhou, Taste for the Games”, creatively integrating food, sports, culture and technology. It attracted over 185,000 visitors with total on-site sales reaching 5.1 million yuan, representing a year-on-year increase of 4.73% in offline revenue and 5.71% in foot traffic. The event delivered an immersive consumption experience, showcased Guangzhou’s charm as a “Global City of Gastronomy” and boosted the city’s development as an international consumption center.

At the festival, Fukonn Vanguard presented four signature staple foods: Soy Sauce Fried Noodles, Waxed Meat Fried Rice, Beef Tenderloin Pasta and Yangzhou Fried Rice. Served in delicate small portions suitable for all ages, the dishes quickly became popular among food lovers, families and students, and were in short supply every day.
